I also put in a good word to the Admin about 30 minutes ago... bad news is that the Admin is Jeff, and he is only half way to Cali...

I don't know if Todd can change things or not, but I vote to let Matt back in the club house!!!

Thanks guys and yes, age and modern medicine do wonders for a bent mind. Given the many body blows I have taken in the last 10 months I think I am doing much better especially compared to mid and late last year. The big difference is not focusing on the ultimate results from the weekend but the most important which is going home with what I came with.

Essentially it was adding gas to the car as usual weekend which is picking up right where I left off last year on the performance side. Will be fun running the rest of the year with you guys in my chase for a paper championship!

I feel like I got caught up in the "points race" last year and expected everything to run like a Rolex....when what I should have expected is a good ol' Timex. Just needed to chill and that has worked great so far.

Thanks for the "votes" and I will send Jeff a note in a couple days after he gets settled in Cali.

I don't have moderator access to help you out, Matt.
Get with Jeff and you also have my vote.
It was awesome to see you back at the track and having fun again!

(Thanks for helping me clean out my garage of all those trophies of yours! I was waiting for that presentation!)

Where did you find that? It would have to have been AIX and it was already at a 44.4....IF I beat that then yeah, it was a good weekend for sure!!!

show me where an AIX car turned that time. John G has the AI record w/ a 44.x if i remember right. the AIX time was a 45.7 or something. you got like a 45.5 i think.

Here is what I found on mylaps...

Armstrong has run a 45.1 in challenger 5 race 2. Spencer sharp ran a 45.6 same event in Race #3....

Challenger 7 Armstrong had one 45.8...rest were 46's...

I do however remember reading somewhere that AIX record was 44.4...held by armstrong...???

Doesn't really matter anyway but I did try a couple times to get there. It would have been better to see what I could do on Toyos though!

Corey...can we get a pic of Matt with his double fisted trophies??
The only one I have of him is this one...and it doesn't accurately reflect his new attitude.
