Ok, many of you nationals folks are leaving for Mid-O in less than a week.
What are you status updates?
Last minute thrashings?
Unexpected car developments?
Already loaded and ready to go?
Forget the racin', just planning for the TX AI/CMC paddock parties?

You might want to cut down on the drinking until after the Championships, then have one big "I'm #1" party.

Removed engine, replaced heads, set valves, rebuilt carb

Now on Craigslist
praying that it sells tomorrow.

Race car sitting in garage in the worst shape I ve seen in a while.
If bus sells, I can afford gas and entry fee.
If bus no selly I no racey, pretty sure.
I would say I have 45% chance of and racing. Will probably attend anyway if I can find someone to sit on the kids for a week.
Nationals is hard and stuff.

Nicki? Hippy History??? So many things I did not know about you Corey....

The pop top VeeDubs bring back fond memories for me. My dad started racing when I was a year or so old and he used a pop top to pull his Formula Vee all over upstate New York. He used that thing till I was in my mid teens....

My parents were hippies, I was not. Sorry for the hijack, back on topic:

I have done nothing to get ready for Nationals. Good luck to those that are going.
