From what I understand as of last week, EC has yet to have the top coat of asphalt applied. They were hoping to have it coated by the end of september and finish fine grading of the rest of the grounds and completion of the facility by end of this year. Drivers Edge has cancelled their event in October there.

We have a date in May that is not mothers day.
However, we are concerned that NASA TX having an event there in June will not help our car count.
What would you all like to do?
We could do a Pit Happens in May despite what NASA TX does, or
We could try and collaborate with NASA TX for a combined effort points race in June.

I know that is why I said TRY.
We are only doing Pit Happens for the racers, so we will try to accomplish whatever it is that the racers want. Keep the comments coming and we wil find a way to make it all work out.

Good News though,Clifton has already spoken with me and it actually looks very feasible that we will do a pit happens points race this year at Hallett. More to come as we figure it out!
