A day to Kill - In Sotheast Florida

I'll be in Miami/Ft Lauderdale and up to Vero Beach this Friday and Saturday with a lot of time to kill by myself. Anyone know of anything cool to see? I've been to Miami Beach, the Keys, The Everglades etc. so no thanks. Maybe a jet ski rental is in order. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. (Boy that's a wide open mine field)

Prolly too late now, but be sure to go to Ron Jon's in Cocoa Beach and then I think Boris Said has got a K2 karting facility you can race around in your new surfer tank top and flip flops.
