Hey there is an idea. If you want to bowl for money (for charity or whatever) I'll take any of you on any time. I can't talk smack about racing and I'm too heavy to win a cart race but if you wanna bowl just letting you know I'm way better at talkin smack about bowling (and doing it) than Glenn is at pre-race smack talk.

Tonight's total entries for the Karting Championship has a whopping field of 35 entries!!! The series director (Glenn) is going to have his hands full given each race field only is ~14 karts. So we'll be having heat races.

Glenn you got your spreadsheets available???
Proctor gonna help you with the Sat. Nite Nomenclature???
Opening heat...the middle heat...the leaders heat?

Weight does play a factor in Karting...usually in who wins the battle of getting put in the wall... The light weights have speed which is fine...but the fat guys can knock the crap out of them and send them flying into a wall and even over it into the tires! ;)

<---been kicked out of speedzone more than once in the 10 years I have been going there!

Are we having the races on slick track or the speed track? I am just picturing our group getting out of hand on the slick track and not making it to the A or B mains!!! :lol:

How good can the rookies really be? Don't load the heats up with Da Man, Da Champ, Da Featherweights and Da Rookies.

We should ballast those flyweights up a little; anybody under 185lbs has to take down 3 Big Macs and a dozen of their choice from Dunkin' Donuts.

and for the record, the timing system they have ONLY does lap times...doesn't keep track of who is 1st, 2nd or 3rd like a traditional race. now if we want to do a formation lap and a rolling start 2x2, that would be a great photo op but someone will have to keep track of the running order!
