1986 Mustang Coupe body $SOLD

This was supposed to be a CMC car, but priorities changed.

All the interior is gone except for dash and steering column. Roof was cut to install cage but thats as far is it got. Roof is welded back on. Needs to be finished.

Has MM Full Length subframes welded in.
Body was completely sandblasted and primered.
Underside and interior painted white.
Comes with doors, fenders, front bumper, hood, rear bumper.

Car has stock suspension installed along with new steering rack, 8.8" rearend, new brake master cylinder and booster. 4 lug front brakes and rear drums.

It is now on 4 lug 10 holes.

Yup, and I've always been interested, but still am a cheap ba$tard! In case you are out of the loop, I did buy Varner's old car after a two year stint with Jerry Jordan. Decided it was faster to buy than build. I also blew up the transmission last weekend, so I'm broke again :-(

Car is now on 4 Lug 10 Hole wheels.

The parts are worth more than the asking price. If its not sold in the next 2 weeks I'll strip the rest of it and scrap it.

I think LAW Motorsports should purchase CMC#2 from Varner...purchase this car from Brooks....reinstall the cage and all running gear from the roadster into this car and have a Championship winning Fox Bodied CMC car!!!

If I had their time/money/skills, that's what I'd do.

Rob, I'll jump in and offer the shop and supplies to help the cage build. Bring your RV and you can supervise/help and camp in my yard.

I feel resonably certain, if we can get a crew together, we can knock it out in a weekend.
