We're in the process of relocating back to SoCal after many excellent years in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Our home (http://www.ebby.com/details/328596.html) in the North Dallas area is on the market. Built in 1996 by Mercedes Homes, with various changes and additions. The kitchen was redesigned by my wife and I, as the original plans were less than ideal.

$1.95. ;)

List price was $226,900, it sold for $222,000, plus my ~4+ year old plasma. The folks who bought it are really nice - teachers working for LISD (same district my wife has worked for since 2003), and have 2 small girls. They sold their property in Waco (a home, and 2 parcels of land), and moved up to our neck of the woods.

We're very pleased with who bought it. We'll really miss that house....our kids all grew up there.....
