So it starts. Finishing up the remodeling we started before I took the job so we can sell the house.

First out of the gate is:
GONE ->Light colored laminate countertop - 80 sq ft of counter top (island, sink area, bar, etc). Chip on the island but the rest is in good shape.

Double stainless sink - no fixture, just the sink.

Whirlpool Gold 4 burner cooktop - works great; crack in corner (not in heat area) and one of the dials was slightly melted.

My wife is pulling this stuff as I type (yep, she is quite *handy*)...she wants it gone ASAP.

2 black office chairs...about 5 years old but in great shape

Oh, if you only knew... LOL
The neighborhood men used to send their kids over and ask my wife to borrow carpentry, plumbing, etc. tools from her....then after a while they just came over to ask for advice. She is one awesome lady.

if you were closer, i'd take that counter top. makes a good top for a work bench.
