ExxonMobil will be conducting wage pre-employment test sessions in Beaumont on July 7-8, 2009 at the Beaumont Civic Center. If you have a friend, relative, or neighbor who is interested in taking the pre-employment test, he/she can do so by completing the following steps:

· Step 1: Log-in to exxonmobil-employment.com. New users will be prompted to set up their own unique ID and password.

· Step 2: View Candidate Home Page. The Candidate Home Page provides
information on an individual’s status in the employment process. Select
options on the menu bar to create or update information.

Individuals who want to be considered for all Beaumont Area positions need to express interest in all Beaumont Area locations (Refinery, Chemical Plant, Polyethylene Plant, Lubes Plant) and all job types.

· Step 3: Complete Test Location Preference Form. Individuals must
successfully complete the pre-employment test to be considered for wage
employment opportunities. If an individual is interested in Beaumont
testing opportunities, he/she needs to select Beaumont as the preferred
test location.

· Step 4: Schedule pre-employment testing. Once the testing session
sign-in period is officially opened, June 12, 2009, candidates who select
Beaumont as a test location will receive notification via email to sign-up
for a test slot. Test location details and directions will be provided.

Tests slots are limited and on a first come first serve basis. If an
individual is initially unsuccessful in securing a test slot, he/she should
log in frequently to check for additional availability.

· Step 5: Attend scheduled test session.

· Step 6: Receive test results. Log-in to Candidate Home Page to receive
test results (generally available in 2-3 weeks). If an individual meets
the minimum test requirements for at least one of the jobs in which he/she
expressed interest, his/her test results will remain on file for 4 years.
If an individual does not meet the minimum test requirements for at least
one of the jobs in which he/she expressed interest, he/she will be eligible
to re-test after 2 years.

· Step 7: When the Beaumont Area has open wage hiring programs, the
Company will invite selected candidates to schedule an interview. Once
invited you will log on to schedule your interview.

· Step 8: Maintain online profile. Log-in to update information as
needed. If an individual does not visit the Home Page at least once in a
12-month period, his/her profile will be deleted.

Types of wage positions include process operator, millwright, machinist,
electrician, instrument technician, pipefitter, welder, lab tester, and
warehouse operator. If you have a friend, relative or neighbor who is
interested in a professional position, he/she should reference
exxonmobilbeaumont.com for more information.
