12JUN09 - approximately 270 Soldiers from the 3rd Brigade Combat Team of
the 1st Infantry Division will redeploy to Fort Hood, concluding their
12 month deployment to Regional Command East of Afghanistan in support
of Operation Enduring Freedom. These Soldiers are from the 1st
Battalion of the 6th Field Artillery, 2nd Battalion of the 2nd Infantry
Regiment, and the 6th Squadron of the 4th Cavalry. Their reception
ceremony will be held in the Iron Horse Gym
He should be on American soil today...
