Not too dissimilar to some of the work my company has done - just more artistic. From the looks of these cars, they impacted the pole at 20 - 30 mph.

A little more closer to your line of work, Rob, was the latest episode of "Jesse James is a Dead Man". Sort of Monster Garage meets MythBusters.

Check out the Baja 500 episode. Pretty cool where he tests G-loads and uses videos, etc. on a dummy to see the diff between stock shocks and off-road shocks on a Ranger dropped from a crane.

The G loads on the driver of a car dropped from ~10 feet were over 50G's!!! They reduced that with travel & shock...pretty cool show....or maybe it was the low expectations. :lol:
