What are the specifics regarding the suspension?

Hellava race yesterday, except for the yellows and the tv direction.
I just cannot understand showing a car coming down pit lane.
Showing the pitstop. Then the entire exit back on track.
All the while there were battles happening. This happened late with Angeleli.
Then, the last caution. No urgency to show the leaders dicing for what was gonna be the win.
