Back when Texas started to allow 2nd mortgages, I would get assignments to appraise some very expensive homes that were impressive on the outside but furnished with stuff from Goodwill... These 2nd mortgages of $40-50K would be for furniture... :roll:

Why would Prime Time have sold it? Did he move out of the state? I used to watch Prime Time Love and his closet was two stories and 2500 sq. ft.
The house is 30,000 or 40,000 sq. ft. depending on where you read about it.
