Look closely at the 3rd gen; looks like a Pontiac logo on the nose (right under the Camaro badge).

A little gender confused Dave?

(or maybe it is a tow hook marker but I won't let that ruin my attempt at a joke....)

David Love AI27
03-01-2010, 11:57 AM
LOL, never noticed that before... your attention to detail amazes me... well actually...

Anyway, you are correct... it does look like the "P" branding, I'm VERY gender confused (only as it relates to cars) and it is actually a "tow" marker... right on all counts...

The "set " was an old school desk chair and the name tags were supposed to simulate school days open house, but if I stepped back to get in the whole desk you couldn't really take in all the props... but your right I should have taken out the name tags... all of the Coronas were consumed in the making of the "fun"...they were also the cause of the "greening" of the 27 car... I should really stay away from the rattle cans after a 12 pack...

....I should really stay away from the rattle cans after a 12 pack...

The fumes enhance the beer buzz.

I'll be locking the RV far away from David, his Corona, and his rattle cans or I will end up with a race car RV.

Saw this on the interweb:

You know you're a racer if...
When something falls off of your car, you wonder how much weight you just saved.

Rob Liebbe
03-29-2010, 04:36 PM
If you race CMC you wonder if there was a specific rule about that part falling off.

If you race LeMons you wonder if you will get extra points for cool trajectory.

If you race AI you wonder how much did that part cost.

If you race a Chevy you're used to it.

If it was a Porsche you wonder how much oil will follow the part.

If you are Matt White you can buy another part at Home Depot.

If it is a muffler the veteran corner worker will send the newbie to retrieve it.

If it is off Todd's car it will travel so far off the track that you won't be able to see it.

If it is Corey at least it won't be on the paved surface.

Al Fernandez will make a trophy out of it and embarass the owner at the banquet with it.

I miss racing and I'm tired of today's work activity. Can you tell?

You know you're a racer when...

You hurl your car into turn 1 at the top of 3rd gear approaching 80 miles an hour with 20 of your closest friends ...and come out without a scratch.

Yet...

You tip over on a snowy incline with two 4 foot planks tied to your feet...and have to be rushed to the hospital.

If it falls off the 27 car, it shouldn't have been there in the first place

If it falls off the 3 car there is a spare in a plasic tub or milk crate
