Wanna get a bare black trailer and build it from scratch. Nothing really wrong with this guy I just want one that is black, that has things setup my way, and doesn't make sense to take all the work done to this trailer, undo it and build something else.

I know this seller. I have not seen the trailer, but IMHO this would be a "buyer beware" situation. Quite possibly a good deal, just as likely not.
