NASA TX Permanent Driver list vs AI/CMC list?

The link on the NASA Tx site for the 2010 permanent numbers has a lot of us left off as compared to the list I've seen for AI/CMC in Texas.
Is there a process for rationalizing the two lists or is there a reason myself and others are not on the "region" list?

The only AI/CMC numbers list that is official is the one I keep.
I've sent several lists to NASA over the years and none of them were ......
Never mind.
