Trying to sort out what all to bring with me to comp school at TWS. What am I missing from this list? I am bringing the fairly standard assortment of tools (sockets, torque wrench, jack, air gauge, hammers, wrenches, etc)

SPARES:
Brake Pads
Brake Lines
brake fluid
Oil
Gas/ Fuel Jugs
front hub
extra lug nuts
air tank
racer tape
2 spare tires (not mounted due to number of wheels owned but Hough can do them for me if need be)
WD-40

I'm sure there is something obvious but I have looked at the list a few times now so it is all running together. Thanks as always for the help.

Car cover for night, helps with the dew
Test light in my electrical box with spare fuses, electrical tape, wire etc
Blue paper towels and Rain-X
Spare radiator and water-wetter
Calipers, rotors and seals
PAH

For me, hopefully most everything else should be available at the parts store. Rotors and radiators are usually a day away tho.

Good list so far....I don't bring all of these but it's worth considering:

Torque arm nuts / bolts (odd size to find if they magically disappear)
Miscellaneous grade 5 or better nuts & bolts
Valve cover gaskets
Water pump / gaskets
Power steering pump
Power steering fluid
Fuel pump
Fuel pump relay
Cap & rotor, couple of spare wires & plugs
Zip ties
Thermostat / gasket
Radiator cap
Hood pins
Header bolts / gaskets
Alternator
Accessory belt(s)
Swaybar endlinks
Tie rods

Most importantly, if you don;t have it, don't be afraid to ask around.

I've personally witnessed Ford guys helping GM doods and GM doods pawning crappy parts to the Ford guys.

I'll add to this list, and update some that have already been listed:

Various lengths and sizes of wire
Various crimp on electrical fittings (spade lugs, ring lugs, etc)
Various fuses
Hubs - with long studs installed, greased, ready to go, and always have a PAIR
Radiator caps - AAMOF, test them at the store before leaving. It's amazing how many I've found, NEW, that do not hold their advertised pressure
AN fittings - if you have an oil cooler and/or Accusump, have the means to cap it off/bypass it in case they get damaged
Brake duct hose
Filters - oil, fuel, air

Intake Gaskets
Duct Tape
Aluminum Tape
Spark Plugs
Wires
Cheap Sensors (TPS, ACT, ECT)
Zip Ties
Bailing Wire (sp)
Clutch
Rear Diff Rebuild Kit with fluids
Silicone
Anti-Sieze
Can of brake cleaner or carb cleaner
Nitrile Gloves
Hand Cleaner

Between everyone in the group, you are 90% sure you have parts
