New Format Time Stamp

Is this new AICMC forum a permanent thing? If so, can the admin please fix the time stamps. They're only 5 hours off.

Upper right hand corner of the page is a link called "Settings".
Click it and then look on the left side of the page, about 3/4 the way down for a link called "General Settings".
Click on and then about 3/4 the way down, you can set the date and time to fit your time zone.

Yeah, its pretty close to the spot I found out how to turn on the HTML editor ...and then I found the emoticons
