Where is "view post since last visit"?

All I see is "new post" or "What's new"? Both of these give me way more than what I want.

you can try clicking "Forum Actions --> Mark Forums Read" when you're through with that visit to the forum, and next time you log on, when you click "new posts", it will only really show the new posts since your last visit.
