bought this just a short time ago on CC.com. I have never used it and the seller said it was new/never used(not registered). It only came with the transponder, no chargers, no mount. I have since then bought everything that it comes with new.
Comes with: ALL NEW - Car charger, AC charger, charging dock and mount.
