Ok so a customer brings her car in today with these complaints and they all started at the same time.
First one to figure it out get a cookie and a PBR
Vehicle.
2010 Volkswagen Golf
Complaints
A) CUSTOMER STATES WHEN LOCKING THE DOORS WITH THE REMOTE, IT WONT HONK OR
FLASH THE LIGHTS
B) CUSTOMER STATES THE REAR WIPER STOPPED WORKING, INCLUDING THE WASHER SPRAYER
E) CUSTOMER STATES THE MFI WAS ON FUEL ECONOMY AND NOW IT RESETS EVERY TIME
THEY START THE CAR, WILL NOT STAY ON THE SAME SETTINGS
C) CUSTOMER STATES WHILE DRIVING THECAR YESTERDAY THE FRONT WIPERS STOPPED, THE
CUST TURN THEM ON AND OFF THEN PUT IT HIGH , THEN THEY WORKED AGAIN
This is the BS that I deal with every day. The best part is whats wrong with the car. Its going to get me a bad CSI call and effect my pay check. And thats not even taking into consideration that I am not going toget paid for fixing the car.
