I want to tighten the car up a little more, however I do not want to use a softer rear spring. It is a pain to replace the front coilover springs so I wanted to try using spring rubbers (like NASCAR) to increase the front spring rate. Are they legal to race with?

I was thinking of going to 360 Motorsports here in town tomorrow to get a couple of sets.

Yes, I'm almost positive you can run spring rubbers.

if springs are open, then they'd just be funky springs with the rubber...

Spring rate and bushing material is open... This is a bit of both, but still wide open.
