http://nasaforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=102177

edit - also be sure to have $5 cash per tow vehicle or street vehicle that goes through the gate. Cash going towards new curbing, new pavement, restroom renovations, etc. Only one charge per vehicle per weekend though.

Just got the welcome letter. Says clockwise. Thought we always ran counter clockwise (normal direction) in the spring and clockwise (reverse direction) in the fall? Did I miss something?

Global polarity has shifted due to the 2013 solar maximum.

You are right. I don't know why it changed.

If anyone needs Camaro parts...I have a few spares. I know I owe Leinart an alternator for $50. Also have LS6 intake for the AI boys $300 with stock TB. A couple of MAF's and a stock LS6 cam. Looking to get this stuff out of the way.

See you guys in a couple days. Be safe on your way down.

I wish we ran it CCW. CW is kinda Harry in the new turn 1. To much funneling into a tight space.

the new boss likes to screw with us :)

If we want to get SUPER techical it always alternates directions. Only doing TWS once last year threw off the pattern ;)

I wish you guys would do standing starts at this track like you do at all the rest

Funnel effect isn't as bad as MSR-C imho. More damage free bail-out options at TWS too last I looked at both

I've now pulled out of Saturday's racing (Wife's birthday) and am running the enduro, pooled pit crew would certainly help me out.

time to learn how to learn a track, rookie ;)

my entire first racing season was down here, after doing DE & TT for a long time with SE and my race school there. Not only did I have to learn how to race, I also had to learn the stupid tracks down here at the same time! Trial by fire :) made me better in the end though

I think we tried once but everyone just ended up pointed up at the wall or something because of the bank. There has been talk of doing a standing start at a different spot before.

I'm bummed that Nov will be CCW... I've been racing for 8 years now and have never had the chance to run CW... Life keeps getting in the way.

I like the track way better this way. I have never gone through turns 5/6 correctly going CCW.......not once. Going CW 6/5 is my favorite part of the track. There are issues running CW that we don't have going CCW. Like running out of oil pressure going through turn two/one and my car can run out of RPM's at the end of the front strait if I get through turn two and one well. I have a .87 or .89 fifth. Also the local area drivers don't have as much of an advantage going CW.

The straight between 11 and 12 is a good spot.. I've witnessed some really cool starts from there...
