Nationals post qual/race Dyno

Does NASA regulate and set tire pressures right before the car goes on the Dyno? I would hope this is done because you can manipulate the Dyno to read 5-6hp lower by dropping pressures. Just thought I'd ask

Dyno procedures are in the appendix at the end of each series rules. They are the same for local and national. Tire pressure is set.
