I will be changing the group numbering for Thunder in 2014. CMC cars will have car numbers 0 - 60, AI 61 -99. All AIX will have a triple digit number. I did this split vs the 0-74 that we use in Rocky Mountain. As you can see the entry list for an upcoming RM event makes it lay out very nicely.

1 CMC Dave Balingit Aurora CO Chevy Camaro LS 2013 NASA Rocky Mountain
7 CMC David Sealander Peyton CO Pontiac Firebird 1995 Steve Mills Racing; Empirical Environmental
8 CMC Team Incidental Contact Goodland KS Ford Mustang 1986 Hanksville Hot Rods
42 CMC Team Trickle Aurora CO Ford Mustang 2004 NASA Rocky Mountain\ Boulder NAPA
43 CMC Raybob Coleman Denver CO Chevrolet Camaro Z28 1998 the Camaro Brothers
45 CMC Perry Herrmann centennial CO Chevrolet Camaro Z28 1993 E Light Electric Service\ Inc
55 CMC Tommy Schlender Parker CO Pontiac Firebird 1999 Applegate Garage Carstar Collision Discount Appliance Warehouse
57 CMC Brad Densmore Colorado Springs CO Chevrolet Camaro 1991 Steve Mills Racing & Empirical Environmental
71 CMC Richard Vogl Elizabeth CO Ford Mustang GT 1994 www.absicontrols.com
75 American Iron Mark Adams Wentzville MO Ford Mustang 2005 Team UBR Steeda Ford Racing
76 American Iron Jim Thomas Edwardsville IL Ford Mustang 1990 Team UBR
98 American Iron Garth Yettick Denver CO Ford Boss 302S 2013 3R Racing
99 American Iron Robert Ames Steamboat Springs CO Chevrolet Camaro Z28 2001 Steamboat Motorsports/EMICH CHEVROLET

you're doing this so you can be a slacker about how you're sorting it in Excel, right?

I have to protest as well. Cost of replacement aside, some of us may have chosen a number at random while some of us may have chosen numbers with personal significance.

While that may not seem a valid reason for keeping them, what is the reason for changing? We don't need a number sequence to denote class, we have banners for that (and huge wings :D).

Just my input on this. You're still doing an awesome job here, Dave.

I'm just pushing buttons again as I haven't had anyone riled up in the past week. :) I just thought it was weird that through some sort of natural filtration the RM numbers have sorted themselves, or at least on this entry list.

Any number is good as long as we can read it from T&S and the corners!!!

"You can have my number when you pry it from my cold, dead hand!" :D

Rattling cages...you must be bored ;) When are you going to do the change where CMC runs CW, AI runs CCW and AIX sits at S/F doing burnouts?

It may be 75 degrees there, but here, where I have to load the car and all the gear it's still 102. I then have to unload car and gear in the same heat when we get back...yuck.

But I can keep my hi-cap mags here in Texas. That's worth the extra 10-15 degrees. :D

We may be coming your way. Weather is nice here, but we seem to be glutens for punishment. And I need more shakedown time in the AI car...

LOL. We can still keep, posess and use them here. We will keep our stockpile - Dont have a choice, it would be illegal to sell, give away or loan them to anyone!!

We will see you and Nate next weekend. Dont forget the Friday evening enduro if you want 3 more hours of shakedown.

Nates Teen SM starts should bring him further up in points as I assume he will do very well. He can use two finishes here and drop the two worst TX points.

Just got my "home" moved to Albuquerque, NM.... split between TX and CO... hope to have one of 3 cars ready for CMC, AI or TT within the next couple of months...

Would like to keep the #3 in CMC... Might be willing to go with #88 in AI if necessary but already have #27 on the car... wanna keep 10 in TT...

David, you are super close to the two southern tracks in CO. We get a lot of Albuquerque folks up this way.
