Would be perfect for someone that wants a very nice truck to daily drive M-F and haul an open trailer to the track on the weekends. Brian babies his truck, takes great care of it, I have no doubts that this truck wouldn't give someone another 70-100k miles or more easily with just typical maintenance. He'd keep it but doesn't really need a truck anymore and is looking to get into a car of some sort instead.
