Just a heads up. I signed up for the online system and it took about 5 days to get the confirmation email saying I was good to go.
Also, you can only submit Toyo Bucks from 9/9/13 and later. I was going to submit mine from Hallett but it wouldn't let me. It looks like snail mail it is for the Hallett bucks and it should get to them with a week to spare.
