Need a set of stock caliper brackets from the rear of an LS car. Anybody who has done a big brake kit should have some

Factory rear brakes are on most of the F-bodies racing here. I'd try Craigslist, LS1Tech, or the wrecking yard.

Many would argue the use of LT1 brakes, as they're less effective, and therefore less to dial out with pressure.

Thanks guys, using LS calipers due to no Ebrake setup. Just simpler. LT brackets won't work. Apparently Oreillys has them for $30 bucks so no big deal. Have brake bias controller to dial them out. I do however need the remote adjuster from Wilwood

So, note to anyone trying to do this, the backing plates are different on the rear end. Will not fit without yanking axles and finding right backing plates

Try the wrecking yard and just get the whole housing. When I was converting misty's car back to LS1 rears, I could not find ANY of the backing plates or if I did, they wanted $135/ea for them. I ended up getting an entire rear housing with the correct 3 channel abs stuff for $175 at the local wrecking yard. Ended up just dropping the eaton into that housing and rocked on with newer axles too.

Look at V6 cars too as I think the 99+ V6's all shared the same rear end setups....maybe just different gears.
