When do you think we should allow the Toyo RR in the Texas Region?

I voted per HQ; those of you that want to run it shouldn't get hung with a 1/2 set of tires for just as arbitrary a reason. Now once I pick up some 17" wheels, I may be a buyer for some RA1s in 2014.
