Great, but that only works if you can sign up for the system in the first place. I signed up a couple of weeks ago but never heard anything. Per the instructions on the sight, I emailed the address listed there letting them know the problem. Five days later I still haven't heard anything and can't sign in. Why it's not an automated system, I have no clue but I'm not impressed...
