Tires to run for the Enduro at TWS

I have spoken with a few people that recommend RA1's non-shaven. I was just wondering if there were any other options out there for a decent race tire that could stand up for an Enduro?

I dunno that I'd ever run full tread RA1s in the dry if I had an option.

You can run any DOT tire you want to that will fit the class legal wheel - I'd look at NT01s maybe?
