Complete crap... Folks will find any reason to sue... If they only knew what the majority of the hobby world "races", they would realize he was driving an engineering masterpiece...

...they would realize he was driving an engineering masterpiece... I appreciate the Carrera GT but, having never driven one, I also believe it is NOT capable of being driven by just anyone. Does that make Walker's accident the car's fault? Probably not. But this is why "you" and I need to show up for jury duty - life is not a risk free proposition.

There is already a precedent in which Porsche will pay out. $360,000 for not fitting the car with Traction Control.

OE tires on a car that isn't driven very often is pretty common.

I don't get it. I don't have anything with 10 year old tires. Completely worn out maybe but not old.
