Anyone have some old 4th gen side mirrors they want to get rid of?

Thanks.

Pretty cheap at Certifit and come complete. Already FU black too.

Matt, I've got a complete one, I *think* driver's side, sitting in my garage.

I also have 5 (yes 5) of the triangular mounting brackets that attach to the door.

I think DOT only requires a driver side mirror....however, we don't have factory doors on the car. Guess I need to find one and see how I would have to mount it to the VFN door.

So yeah, there is a little "nub" to which the triangle mount mounts on the door; it's all made of fiberglass and gets flimsy with a gutted door which is why I no longer use them. You'll def want to fab up your own mount. I can send pics of the factory mounts later this week when I get back, but those triangular mounts are beefy and heavy. The mirror itself, when gutted, is pretty light, but I again ditched them because I felt they blocked too much of my sideways vision going up hill blind turns at Cresson and ECR.

If you're just looking to be State Inspection legal, a center mirror only might be good 'nuff for Texas.

If not, I have a set I could be persuaded to bring to MSR-H, or if you want to stop by on your way down...

Interesting! Now to figure out if Lexan Windshield is going to be a problem! LOL! Who is the best source for 4th gen glass windshields?!

As long as your windshield wipers are good, you don't need a windshield.

In B/CS, I think David's Autoglass was the guy we used for the rally car.

I should have the black mirrors off the old 24-just not sure where they are. If I find them I'll let you know.

Why not mount some aftermarket round mirror on it? Even hanging off the a-pillar bar might be legal.

And why do you care about legal anyway?
