Kevin came over today to help me with wiring on the new car, a project that I've been dreading and at a loss about doing. Great progress was made and I learned a lot about where electron are supposed to go.

Thanks Kevin!!

Glad to help. Let's just hope it works when we're done!

I just hope he doesn't put some sort of remote kill switch in it!

It won't be as much of a "kill" switch... More like "wound".. Intermittent spark retard, coil saturation interruption... things like that.

Keep it in your own race class there, Marshall. Any AI guys listening, Marshall is going to put remote interrupt modules in your cars. ;)

That's a picture of the "donor" car. Glenn did the cage on the new car and it turned out great.

Can't believe there is going to be another Mustang with a hidden timing flip switch.

It's really more of a plug then a switch.

edit: I'm actually not joking. The 96-98 have an "Octane Adjust Shorting Bar" that when pulled, reduces global time by 3*.

The S197 has a similar feature, just reverse the dilithium crystals and Bob's your uncle.
