In CMC, if the rules don't specifically say that you CAN, then you CAN'T.

I might rethink this. As I type my racecar has no front bodywork, engine, exhaust system, windshield, steering rack, front right suspension, sway bars, rear shocks or springs, rear glass, seat, fender flares or battery. I think it'll be ready by MSRH though
