I am planning to run MSRC TWS COTA and Hallett for sure and then look at the rest of the schedule. I am still chasing gremlins with the car. I wish I could afford a better car builder.

Good folks, they can do tires as well. They prep cars for many of the MSRC folks and are usually open for business over the race weekend. The shop is right at the turn in for the Texaco on 377

Why don't we try and all setup shop on the NE corner of the skidpad. That should give us plenty of room if those who get there early to "land grab" so we can all be together. The NE corner of the skidpad should be the best "corner" to grab since it's the furthest from the grid "road"...

Another option is the area right as you come into the track on the left where we have been several times. There has been room for buses and lots of blacktop along with grass on one side for kids and other cars/trucks/trailers. Supposed to rain Sat night so that area will all run off-how is the NE corner of pad for puddles?

Bryan you're talking about the left area once you enter the gate, correct? I prefer that area over the skidpad, easier to get in/out without fighting grid traffic.

I'll have them to look at this weekend, plan to use the dyno at the track on Friday. I can really tell a difference in throttle response, only problem is that I was never very good at setting up a carb.

I coulda told you that. I did the same with the ol' Crown Vic. Went from 600cfm Edelbrock to an Exploder GT40P intake. I backed out of the driveway, put it in gear, stabbed the gas and couldn't believe what I felt before 20mph. Couldn't really tell a diff in top end, just WAY more under the curve. I'm glad you saw the light.
