Just moved up to Conroe a couple months ago and plan on building a 40"X60" metal building at the back of my property. Who in the Magnolia/Woodlands/Spring area could use a place to keep their car for a small penance? Will have two post lift but no trailer storage. Can be accessed from the main road without going by the house.

I'm considering higher so I can put a partial second story later Cool. If I remember right 22' and 24' are pretty common. Once your at 16' or so it's easy enough to have a mezzanine for storage and not lose walking height downstairs.
