I have a set of 97 GT40P Heads and associated intake I pulled off the explorer bottom end that is now in #34. Facebook marketplace and the foxbody groups have been pretty crazy trying to sell them. How about $300 for heads and intake? PM me email address for pictures.

Looks like they are sold thanks to Face Book marketplace.
