Welding work

I live in Haltom CIty and I am looking for someone to weld seat braces to floor pan. Also looking at the best way to lower the steering column about an inch. Not sure if should machine out a spacer for each side or have the brackets on the dash bar made longer. Suggestions?

Dashbuilt did a cage in my college roommate E30 a couple months ago and it looks like a really nice job. Also was reasonably priced.
