I know what I have to have for the car but a little confused on my stuff.

The provisional license is issued by the region. So what is the cost? On the appliction for provisional license it has nothing about cost, but says see above, there is nothing on the application. Also for those of you that had to have the heart print out. How did you upload that? Mail it in?

I just redid my medical this year. You can scan and email or scan and upload to NASA for that portion. Quick turnaround. The license itself is like $80/yr. It'll automatically change from provisional to full.
