I forgot all about this with everything else going on. Do I "have" to have one done before next Friday? If I do one before then do I have to have another one in Jan? I wont be at another event till maybe Jan at MSRH.

You can seal your hood and Dyno after with supervision. Also, yes another one in Jan, I've been in the same boat and had to have a new one for the new year.
If you are not going for points you can fun run w/o issue with the group AFAIK.

Yep, as Tyler says, dyno is needed to collect points and Toto bucks. If you are only running this one event for the rest of this year I’d say fun run and save the money.
