I am looking for a 5 year SFI rated window net and am having difficulty finding one. Previously all window nets I have purchased have automatically been SFI certified and were always good for 5 years from the date punched on the tab.

I ordered a net a few weeks ago and when it arrived I noticed it didn’t have a SFI tag. I then researched and found there a ton of window nets out there that are not certified.
I did more research and found one that wanted that was SFI certified and just received it today to see it has a tag on it that states valid until 12/31/23. I tried researching the SFI 27.1 rating but don’t see that it has any time specification associated with it.

Has anyone else had any better luck regarding this?

The system is broken. Everyone new one I've seen lately has been old stock with much of the life used up. Yours is the worst I've seen. You should be able to return it and complain but it's unlikely they have anything newer? And you probably need it for this weekend...

I just bought one that expires in June'23...annoying to say the least.

I just bought a new G-Force window net off Amazon and I noticed it was only good for two years if I remember.

Thankfully mine is still good through June but it is frustrating to see the dates be so out of whack.
Leinart ordered one that should arrive today so I’ll be curious to see what date his has.

I did some research on the ole Google and read up on the SFI 27.1 certification for the window nets. Section 2.3 of the cert states that the net has a good for no more than 2 years from the manufacture date.
