I called PST yesterday to inquire about my suit. It wasn't in their current shipment, but Susan said she would call and find out.
She called last night, late, and left a message that my suit was on the way and should be here today or tomorrow.
I have yet to be disappointed with the quality of customer care, parts availability and pricing from PST.
