Race car tuning books...?

Anyone have any suggestions for books related to tuning on the suspension of a race car? Looking for something along the lines of "if it's pushing, try this...."

Since I am going to keep the car and hope to finally find a way to go to NATS, I am going to work on tweaking the car this year. What I am looking for is tried and tested things that work on our cars to dial in a setup that works while changing one thing at a time.

Looking to have a driveable car that is a little forgiving at the limit, but generate as much corner exit speed as possible...

Roll center explanations and front to rear "coupling" would be good as well...

the Herb Adams Chassis Enigineering book is good. i have it and only read it once. i need to read it about 3-4 more times but it loaned out right now. i got it at a Barns & Noble or Borders.

Al? Any updates on the Herb Adams CMC entry these days?

(I'm not trying to discredit Herb Adams nor the good work he's done...just pointing out that all the knowledge in the world does not necessarily equate to wins. That's all.)

Carol Smith books can be difficult to read through. Some of his books also focus more on open wheel type cars. I have all of his books and this is my opinion. I purchased Race Car Vehicle Dynamics from the SAE book store. It is not a better read but it does have lots of math equations and good explanations for different types of suspension.
