lol Mike! Seriously, those vids have some of the best racing footage you're going to see anywhere! Everyone is on the edge. Everyone is pushing the limits of their hardware and their skill and their luck. (yes, racing involves a hell of a lot of luck too!) Yet in all that everyone is giving and taking. Best racing and best drivers in the country, right here!

I didn't bring up in this thread the term bonehead. I only repeated it and was never specific to any name or car number.
Once again, I was debating a point regarding media relevancy.
I won't standby and have my words twisted to make some other's point if I feel it's used incorrectly or for some other purpose.
Oh, and, what's the relevancy of June 14? :?

The conversation above was about believing in something with conviction.

We had a short conversation pre-Hallett where you shared you had seen evidence that the world as we know it was going to end or change or something June 14th. I saw a Youtube video you linked to claiming said end.

I only watched about 10 seconds of it, though. sorry. I searched and can't find it ... can't even recall the title or author.

And the point was your convictions are yours, but not necessarily everyone's. And respecting the fact that others have opinions and being grown-up enough to realize that they could have merit is a subtle and many time lost point.

And finally, relying soley on a medium that can and does grossly taint perception is like going through life with blinders on.

It doesn't have to be, it just has to look like it is.

The point being ...

We all rely so much on video to point fingers and lay blame. I know and you know, video doesn't capture everything.
