Put new front hubs on the M3 this weekend; you would think the Germans could design something that would last more than 233k miles.
Took about an hour and a $10 46mm socket. I did have to borrow a 250lb/ft torque wrench.
Saved $500 doing it myself vs. having my BMW shop do it.
I think in Japan (spent 1.5 years there), it was at one time required to have your mirrors up there. The also had to have little lights up there that flashed w/ the turn signal so you would see when you left it on. You see this alot over there - mostly on older cars.Quote:
