For various reasons; some good, some lame but none of them tragic, I just wasn't giving the director gig the attention it needed and you guys deserved. I decided to step aside and let someone else do it right. I mentioned Marshall's name to AL and I'm glad to see it followed through.

Go get 'em Marshall!!!!

And I'm glad you are the stand-up guy you are and stood up for what was right in the situation. I never knew who was a part of the IRB, so I couldn't thank you until now.

I still have the outer ring of that wheel that I need to turn into a wall clock... :)
