I will also bring a package or two of Hot links. Earl Campbell style.
I got a good couple of bags of chips and dip we ended up not using this past weekend I will bring up.
We need paper plates, knives/forks and paper towels. I'll also bring a 6 ft folding table, oinions, tortillias - the usual. FMR
OK -- put me down for that. How many should I plan for? It'd suck if we ran out.Quote:

I figure some Bud Light will somehow sneak into my trailer as well.
My pit crew will also bake up some treats.
Just for a note... My whole pit crew will be there also...but not until Saturday afternoon after their morning soccer games.Quote:

Do we have anyone bringing a grill?
Thinking out loud here, we could use about 3 or 4 of those large aluminum trays to put the food in when it comes off the grill/smoker and a decent size roll of aluminum foil for the spuds.
I think we are doing good on the food. Here's what I got so far:
Brian - Ribs, Spuds, Turkey
Frank - Pork loins and "plenty of sausage" (not gonna touch that one...)
Jerry - spud fixin's
Mitch - tender, moist brisket
Randy (rleng1)- bringing & smokin' some ribs, as well as cooking a big pot of beans
Al - assorted beverages
JP - Tortillas, Bread, Mustard, Ketchup, a package or two of Hot links. Earl Campbell style.
Robert - some Kuby's bratwurst and whatever looks good
Gary - chips 'n' dips
DL - tons of that stuff (plates and such)
Bryan - big batch of chocolate chip cookies
Jeff's pit crew - some treats :)
Misty - a ...n'er mind, it's only funny in context of the image of Michael in his cowboy outfit ;)
i can bring my big grill.
I can bring anything else needed. Food, more beer, fixins, snacks, more beer, propane grill, more beer?
I'm already bringing a can of woop ass but can squeeze in a little extra. :P
Just let me know.
I can bring this stuff.Quote:

Beer? Liquor? Strippers?
Our BBQ team/drinking team has a racing problem.
This thread is longer than the EC racing thread :D

The car's not ready, but the brisket is just about right ...
UUMMM! Looks great, make sure you slice them correctly. Many do not understand that the grain runs 2 ways in a brisket. FMR
Slicing might not be an option as it is falling apart. Just flipping it over is tearing the 2 cuts.
I call dibs on some brisket. :P
i dropped in last night and licked both of them. sorry guys.
You suck!!!Quote:

Are the rookies bringing enough Bud Light for the last race of the weekend?
Not this one... but I am bringing the slow car, and a carrot cake.Quote:
