Looks like I'm out... Jeremy killed my spare trans at Houston that I was hoping would live through this race. Will have both rebuilt before TWS so I can get back off of the grass in 2.

1/2 rebuilt the transmission that's out of the car, it's always Jeremy's fault (and he fixed/killed/cursed the one IN the car) and I seem to like the grass at TWS.
I got an offer for a loaner trans so I'm thinking about it; Mitch, you up to loaning out some dry shop space?

There's a T56 sitting on the ground in my garage. You can come up Thursday, stab it in, spend the night, leave Friday morning with Ol' English and me.
It might get interesting come Saturday morning...
And regarding JLo's dyno... I really wouldn't worry about it...
Lemme know what you need and whenWith a trans jack, air tools and a lift ... it'll take more time unloading and loading the car than it will take to R&R the trans.I do have plans, but can rearrange if needed

Any body have an extra LS1 dipstick and tube? Mine got bent to hell on the install, and the o-ring isn't even touching the block.
