[I have made, and in the past it last about ~30sec, Popper Dip. For 300 people we are going to need a lot, but it is quite yummy...Let me know if you want it again...we will need:
Fresh jalapeños
canned green chilies
cream cheese
mayo
Parmesan cheese
Chips
